TOURNAMENT FEES (Applies to all groups over 24 players)
- All prices are per player
- Meals are not included in these fees
- GST is included in all golf fees
Monday – Thursday Tournaments $80 Per Player
Friday – Sunday Tournaments $102 Per Player
TOURNAMENT FEES INCLUDE
- 18 Hole Green Fee
- 18 Hole Shared Power Cart
- $15/player prizing
- Complimentary use of the practice facilities (driving range, short game area, putting greens)
- Personalized scorecards and cart plates
- Course marshalling
- Placement and set up of on course signage
- Computerized scoring
- 24-60 Players – Tee Times
- 60-100 Players – Open Shotgun (outside groups will be sold to fill golf course)
- 100+ Players – Closed Shotgun
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
- A deposit of $500 is required to confirm all tournament bookings. If a tournament is cancelled within 8 days of the event all fees will be automatically forfeited with no refunds or rain checks being issued.
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and payments may be paid with cheque or credit card.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS
- The maximum number of players should be conveyed at the time of booking.
- Deadline for any major player changes is 8 DAYS prior to the event. If these changes are not conveyed to the Tournament Coordinator, the original number will be charged.
